From the train station (Napoli Centrale):
- a taxi will take around 20 min; some taxi companies offer a predetermined fare (ask for it once inside the car)
- you can take the metro line 1; drop off at "Municipio" station and then walk around 15 min across Piazza Municipio, Piazza del Plebiscito, Via Santa Lucia.
